Melanie Kaufman: I am a passionate and creative Vinyasa Yoga instructor based in Atlanta, GA. Upon completion of my first teacher training in 2007, I spent a year teaching and exploring the beautiful country of Costa Rica. Here I did quite a bit of traveling, soul searching, and working with people from all over the world. Since then I have taught in studios, spas and a variety of other spaces both on the East and West coasts. I have a deep love for Yoga, and believe wholeheartedly that taking care of one’s body is essential to living a happy life. I also enjoy nature, hiking with my dog Humphrey, and trying new things. My classes focus on the foundations of Yoga and the principles of alignment, with a lighthearted approach. I am also a certified Holistic Health Counselor with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
